The Federal Democratic Republic of Huayang is a micronation located in East Asia on the island of Taiwan, with its territory situated in the Zhonghe area of northern Taiwan. It exercises effective control over approximately 0.4 square kilometers of territory. The country adopts the “Huayang National Characteristic Authoritarian System,” and the current President is Chiang, Hua-Ping.

In terms of foreign relations, Huayang currently maintains formal diplomatic relations with 40 micronations and is a Council Member of the Federation of United Micronations Organization (FUMO), a member of the International Cultural Exchange Alliance, and a member of the Organization of International Micronations (OIM).

In terms of national development, the government is committed to advancing the comprehensive physical realization of the state, improving its institutions and infrastructure, promoting the internationalization of Chinese-speaking micronations, and actively strengthening international exchange and cooperation.
