華陽聯邦民主共和國國旗依據《華陽聯邦民主共和國國旗國徽法》訂定，其寓意為「華陽國旗以紅、白、藍三色為底，象徵民族精神、民主自由與未來希望；中央金星代表國家統一與繁榮，光芒象徵進步發展，紅環象徵全民團結，小紅星象徵人民主權，中心藍點則代表憲法與法治之核心地位。整體寓意華陽人民團結奮進，共創自由、民主、繁榮之國家。」

華陽聯邦民主共和國國徽依據《華陽聯邦民主共和國國旗國徽法》訂定，其寓意為「華陽聯邦民主共和國國徽以金色五芒星為中心，象徵國家主權與光明未來；藍色底紋代表和平、理性與國際視野；綠色月桂枝象徵榮譽、繁榮與全民團結；紅色外環及回紋飾則代表民族精神、中華文化傳承與國家永續發展。整體寓意華陽人民團結奮進，建設自由、民主、法治、繁榮之國家。」

華陽位於東亞小島臺灣的北部區域，由於中華民國政府的統治，華陽政府並沒有完全掌控其宣稱的領土，但這並不影響我們的運作。

Huayang is located in the northern region of Taiwan, an island in East Asia. Due to the administration of the Republic of China government, the Huayang Government does not exercise full control over the territory it claims; however, this does not affect our operations or governance.

華陽聯邦民主共和國現行行政區劃採二級制，由省（Province）及區（District）組成。全國現設有二省、九區，各行政區依法律規定辦理地方行政、公共事務及區域發展，並由中央政府統籌協調，以提升行政效率、促進均衡發展及提供完善的公共服務。

The Federal Democratic Republic of Huayang adopts a two-tier administrative system consisting of Provinces and Districts. The nation is currently divided into two provinces and nine districts. Each administrative division is established in accordance with the law and is responsible for local administration, public affairs, and regional development under the coordination and supervision of the central government, ensuring effective governance, balanced development, and efficient public services.
