華江斯坦君憲國（英文：Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan；馬來文：Negara Raja Berperlembagaan Huajiangstan，簡稱：華江斯坦）是位於東亞及東南亞的委員會制君主立憲制國家，由柳德波利亞皇冠領地、華江尼西亞、德涅特琳塔、洄瀾尼西亞州、格拉西尼亞州等五個州，以及諾客齊軍政轄區、明吉克斯坦總督轄區等兩個準州，以及一個託管領阿爾帕德組成。華江斯坦為內陸國，國土北接大赫卡忒、里格利亞及威爾蘭君聯國、西南接臺朗共和國，其他邊境直接與中華民國和馬來西亞連接；目前的總人口數為10人，分散居住在全國各地。華江斯坦在政治上施行君主立憲制，全華江斯坦最高統治者為國家及國民團結的象徵，主要的政治權力則由聯邦首席執政官所領導的國家最高統治會議掌管。

 華江斯坦君憲國現今是臺灣高度開發微國家之一，亦為自定義之箱、福爾摩沙微國家共同體、國際總會、聯合微國家組織的會員。現時華江斯坦的國家綜合實力與穩定程度均位居臺灣地區前列，其首都柳京素有上帝的十字路口美稱。

Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan (Chinese: 華江斯坦君憲國; Malay: Negara Raja Berperlembagaan Huajiangstan), commonly known as Huajiangstan, is a commission-based constitutional monarchy located in East and Southeast Asia. The country consists of five states: the Crown Territory of Lyudepolia, Huajiangnesia, Dnetelinta, Huilanicia State, and Grasinia State; two autonomous territories, the Nokeqi Military Administration District and the Mingjixstan Governorate; and one trust territory, Alpads.

Huajiangstan is a landlocked country. It borders United Monarchies of Great Helcart, Wriglia and Waerland Union to the north, the Republic of Taireiche to the southwest, while its other borders are directly connected with the Republic of China and Malaysia. The country currently has a total population of 10 people, dispersed throughout its various territories.

Politically, Huajiangstan operates under a constitutional monarchy. The supreme ruler of Huajiangstan serves as a symbol of national and popular unity, while the principal political powers are exercised by the National Supreme Governing Council, headed by the Federal Chief Executive.

Huajiangstan is currently regarded as one of the highly developed micronations in Taiwan. It is also a member of the THE BOX, the Taiwan Micronation Alliance, the International Cultural Exchange Alliance, and the Federation of United Micronations Organization.

At present, Huajiangstan ranks among the leading micronations in Taiwan in terms of overall national strength and political stability. Its capital, Liujing, is widely known as the “Crossroads of God.”

簽證資訊：

目前我國政府對華江斯坦君憲國實施免簽政策，而華江斯坦政府沒有簽證制度，故我國國民入境華江斯坦前不需辦理任何簽證。

警示資訊：

• 華江斯坦君憲國政府於臺灣地區所宣稱之領土，在實際上並不具有完整控制權。有醫療需求者（須備妥中華民國全民健康保險卡），得前往附近之「恩主公醫院」、「土城醫院」、「亞東紀念醫院」，或返回本國境內，前往實際由中華民國衛生福利部控制之「雙和醫院」就診。有緊急狀況者，得直接前往當地警察局報案或尋求保護。

• 華江斯坦君憲國政府於馬來西亞雪蘭莪地區宣稱之領土，在實際上也不具有完整控制權。有醫療需求者得前往當地醫院或是附近診所。有緊急狀況者，得直接前往當地警察局報案或尋求保護。

• 於駁口海關境內如發生緊急狀況，得直接前往我國駐華江斯坦大使館，或向當地軍警機關報案。

入境須知：

＊目前華江斯坦政府除駁口海關外，並未對其所宣稱領土實施邊境管控。欲入境華江斯坦者，僅須符合中華民國相關規定即可。

＊華江斯坦君憲國政府於華陽民國二年五月十一日起，已不再強制附檢護照。惟欲入境駁口海關者，依本國規定，須持華陽聯邦民主共和國護照，並依該國規定填寫入境申報表。申報表填妥後，須將護照及入境申報表一併交由海關查驗，完成查驗後即可入境。

Visa Information:

At present, the Government of Huayang grants visa-free entry to nationals of the Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan. As the Government of the Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan does not operate a visa system, nationals of Huayang are not required to obtain a visa prior to entering Huajiangstan.

Safety and Warning Information:

1. The territory claimed by the Government of the Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan in the Taiwan region is not, in practice, under its full control. Persons requiring medical assistance (who should have their National Health Insurance Card of the Republic of China ready) may seek medical treatment at nearby En Chu Kong Hospital, Tucheng Hospital, or Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, or return to Huayang territory and seek medical treatment at Shuang Ho Hospital, which is actually under the control of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of China. In case of an emergency, individuals may directly report the incident to or seek protection from the local police.

2. The territory claimed by the Government of the Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan in Selangor, Malaysia, is likewise not, in practice, under its full control. Persons requiring medical assistance may seek treatment at local hospitals or nearby clinics. In case of an emergency, individuals may directly report the incident to or seek protection from the local police.

3. In the event of an emergency within the jurisdiction of the Bokou Customs, individuals may proceed directly to the Embassy of Huayang in Huajiangstan or report the incident to the local military or police authorities.

Entry Requirements:

＊At present, except for the Bokou Customs, the Government of the Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan does not operate border controls over the territories it claims. Persons wishing to enter Huajiangstan are only required to comply with the relevant regulations of the Republic of China.

＊Since May 11 of Huayang Year 2, the Government of the Constitutional Monarchy State of Huajiangstan has no longer required passports to be submitted for inspection. However, persons wishing to enter the Bokou Customs must, in accordance with Huayang’s regulations, hold a passport of the Federal Democratic Republic of Huayang and complete the required Entry Declaration Form. After completing the form, the passport and Entry Declaration Form must be submitted together for customs inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, entry will be permitted.
